An audiobook club focused on hypertrophy. We listen while we train, chat between sets, and get stronger together—mentally and physically. One chapter, one workout, one hour. No reading homework. No forced small talk. Just show up.
How Cohorts Work
Cohorts open for enrollment a few times a year — small groups, intentional programming, and real community. Each cohort runs for a set number of weeks with consistent training partners and a structured, progressive plan built around your goals.
Spots are limited by design. When registration opens, it's announced via email and social first. Follow along or get in touch to be added to the waitlist.

Meet Your Coach
Hey, I'm Stevi—Co-founder of ASquared Ventures Inc and Lead at ASquared Fitness. I'm a certified personal trainer with specializations in exercise therapy, strength and conditioning, and nutrition guidance.
But more importantly, I get it. As a Black, queer, trans person living with chronic pain from autoimmune conditions and on the autism spectrum, I know what it's like to feel excluded from fitness spaces.
That's why we built ASquared—a space where you don't have to explain yourself, where your body is respected as it is today, and where movement is about feeling good, not punishment.
